I had a wonderful stay with friendly and professional staff who were always ready to assist me. The hotel facilities were spotless and cozy with a great location near transportation. Additionally, the breakfast was delightful with a variety of options to start my day off right.

We recently went on a romantic escape and were pleasantly surprised by the accommodations. the staff were welcoming and accommodating, making us feel right at home. the pool was definitely a highlight, offering a great spot to relax and unwind from the hustle and bustle of the day. Another great feature was the convenient location, situated close to all the attractions we wanted to visit.
The limited TV options, as the satellite channels were lacking. this didn't really bother us, as we were more interested in exploring the surrounding area and spending quality time together.

The staff at Gracious Lodge were incredibly friendly and professional, always going above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant. They were quick to assist with any requests or questions we had, making us feel truly cared for. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, providing great value for money. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The location was great as it was away from the busy noise of town. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The sunset view from the balcony was breathtaking.
The hotel did not accept the company card for payment and required upfront payment. The shower drain was clogged and the water did not drain properly during bathroom use.

The location is a bit secluded and offers a peaceful environment. the rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. Bathrooms are well-maintained with basic amenities. the staff is friendly and willing to lend a helping hand.
Breakfast is not up to the mark, and there's a limited variety of channels on TV.

What a wonderful stay! Friendly and professional staff. Clean rooms. Safe location near the police station. Home-like atmosphere. Lovely fresh scent in the blankets. Gracious Lodge is a must-visit in Burgersfort.
